To any stamp enthusiasts - we need more than two categories but with so little being listed, there is little need.

I'm a collector and buy most of my good stuff on "the dark side" because that is where the good stuff appears. The good stuff, I collect, comes from Germany and sometimes the USA.

English collectors generally collect - surprise, surprise - England and Commonwealth.

If you go to the different sites on the other side and look at the stamp sales, particularly in Germany, you might be shocked at the prices. You don't need to understand what is being said - just look at the number of auctions, start and finish prices. At the weekends - some enormous prices running into £ ,000's, after conversion, and sometimes just for a little block of stamps - a little bit of paper!

I hope to be selling soon - on Ebid.

Take care you beautiful people
