UK / International listing

Could we have an option , in the listing pages, to allow UK / International / All or similar.. So we can choose if we want only UK bidders or not.

I clearly put UK only in my auction text, but still had a international bid and win, now I'm having a nightmare with them, sent me a huge great big pack of OLD 10p bits as part payment.
