    Talking Sepertate Wedding Section With Sub Categories

    In Reply To Gazza; Never Mind Sticking It In Clothing And Accessories, We Need A Seperate Section With Proper Sub-sections.
    I Have Over 2000 Items That I Would Like To Put On But I Am Put Off By The Fact You Do Not Have A Proper Wedding Section,
    Not Only This But I Could If This Were Installed Get All My Friends In The Wedding Auction Rooms To Bring Their Auctions Over Here Too.
    What Do You Say? Let's See Some Positive Action By E-bid, Afterall They Ask For Our Suggestions But How Far Are They Willing To Go!!!

    Gazza made that post on 25th June 2003, It's stayed the same since then.

    I have to admit if I was looking for Wedding stuff I would search under Wedding.

    It just brought up. Search for Wedding found 412 auctions

    I am in favour of a separate category for weddings and accessories. I would list in it

    BUT TYPE IN WEDDING INVITATIONS AND YOU GET NOTHING, YET THERE ARE SOME TUCKED AWAY IN OTHER CATEGORIES.
    IF WE HAD A SEPERATE WEDDING SECTION WE WOULD HAVE MORE STUFF MOVING AND LESS PROBLEMS WHEN WANTING TO ADD AUCTIONS

    Talking Seperate Wedding Section

    We Need A Comprehensive Wedding Section:
    The Last Thing People Want To Do When Organising A Wedding Is To Faff About Searching, If We Had A Proper Wedding Section Then Buyers Would Go Straight To It And Auctioneers Would Sell More.
    Lets Keep This Thread Growing Till Gazza Sees Sense;
    My Ideas For Sub Categories Are As Follows:
    Bridal Wear;
    Bridesmaids;
    Flower Girl/page Boy
    Mother Of The Bride
    Groom
    Shoes
    Lingerie
    Flowers
    Cakes
    Transport
    Wedding Invitations
    Wedding Favours
    Wedding Jewellery
    Gloves, Viels +shawls
    Photography
    Ribbons
    Guest Books
    Balloons + Confetti
    Wedding Entertainment
    Etc.

    If You Think I Have Missed Anything Out Please Add To The List.
    Lets Keep Up The Good Work And Get Our Section Added

    I am waiting for a reply to my PM.
    Unless you want to bring it to the board.
    And that's hardly ladylike.

    Edit>>>>>... can't do anything about that then can I. never mind. IMO the boards are not the place for a slanging match.
