I am trying to get hold of 2 vhs videos. 1 Violent Playground(1958),starring Stanley Baker, Ann Heywood.
2 Gumshoe(1972)
starring Albert Finney, Billie Whitwlaw.

I noticed -Gumshoe on Amazon but its a whopping $60 bucks plus handling and shipping charges.
Think I may be able to pick it up a bit cheaper elsewhere.

I have been on Amazon and ordered a copy of the vid.
How did you find it?,the only version I could find was the $59.99 version.
I must have been looking in the wrong place.

Violent Playground was submitted to the BBFC for Cinema classification on 2/12/1957. Unfortunately, it was never submitted for home video release in the UK at all. It is also not available in the US as far as I can establish.

It is not often shown on television because of a scene where a classroom full of children is held hostage at gunpoint.

Sorry, it's just not out there!
