The second option sounds very sensible, and more cost effective, as being a free site i'm sure extra staff time just to check is listing really is not viable, i'm behind you all the way on this one!

So having a button you press where it would alert you would be great as then it would save all the writing of long emails that im sure stresses you out (espessaly if any where aslong as the ones i sent) and i like the idea only silver and above can do it aswell as then it would stop any misuse by anyone who joined to mess about as they would be bronze and might get a kick out of going through and pressing every one of the buttons  ... So i must say the second option seems the best 1 as it would take ages to go through the first option

OOOPS SORRY BUT I SEE A DOWNSIDE TO NO 2 AND THATS THE ONE I LIKE ASWELL... WITH A BUTTON ANY MEMBER CAN PRESS NEXT TO AN AUCTION THEN IT SENDS A MESSAGE TO YOU ........... IF 20 PEOPLE WENT ROUND AND PRESSES THE BUTTONS THEN YOU WOULD GET TONS OF ALERTS ON 1 AUCTION ............ THE ONLY WAY ROUND THIS IS TO SOMEHOW MAKE IT THAT ONCE ONE PERSON PRESSES IT THEN THE BUTTON WOULD DISAPEAR OR A MESSAGE WOULD COME UP SAYING THE MANAGEMENT ARE ALREADY NOTIFIED ON THIS AUCTION OR SOMETHING ALONG THOSE LINES ........BUT I STILL THINK NO 2 WAY IS THE BEST WAY
