Recently a consignment of stamps went missing in the post.
The buyer attempted to report this by clicking on one item, and reporting it through the drop-down menu as missing.
I saw the report, and assumed it meant I had overlooked one item, so refunded just that item.
I only learnt later that nothing arrived.
Would it be possible to have an option that reports a whole invoice as missing on the drop down menu so buyers can report all items, and not just one.
