My sales improved dramatically when I decided to list an item everyday. Moving to 5 per day made it better. I've slipped in my listing performance but I do have a quite lot listed

Again, I wonder about the influence of google shopping.

It seems to have quite a scatter-gun/random approach to the listing dates it shows. Currently the first 6 of my items I'm shown on P.1 are from 6 different years between 2016 and 2023, but not in chronological order.

Possibly by listing regularly we are just increasing the odds of having one of our listings shown, whichever date GS chooses.? That's assuming the date has anything to do with it.

I just made a CAN$225.00 sale last night. The buyer bought 15 items at $15,00 each.

That makes 19 sales total so far this year. I had 58 items sell last year.

Not bad for just sitting around doing something to "Keep Me Out Of The Bars" LOL

Nice one, i am just back and listing again here, moved and added in a couple of hundred listings so far, more to be added, so looking forward to being part of the community here again and seeing a few of those listings convert to sales

Nice one! I'm nowherer near that level yet. Made a few sales last year, nothing in January, but then abain the Bay's been deadsville too. I'm hoping to make sales a more regular occurence by a) listing as much as I can, and b) promoting as much as I can on social media.
It's encouraging to see other people doing well.

Another thing to try is have a read of the "Google Shopping" thread. Although there is little concrete evidence, trying some of the ideas might improve ebid sellers showing on there. I think it's where most of my buyers come to ebid from and most of my buyers are making their first purchase here and like I said earlier, some come do come back to buy more.

You're welcome. The piece I bought reminded me of all those family days out to Poole Pottery, where my mum would suddenly decide she needed a new dinner service on most visits.
This was back in the 60s and 70s

The colours will fit right into my new decor xx

I bought it from F.O.E new but never got around to buying the stand to put it on. Joined up after seeing Jonathon Porrit demolish some Tory mouthpiece trying to defend the (then) govt's. anti-environmentalist stance. Very dismissive, all bluster and no facts, been re-cycling ever since!!
