Locked out of account

Help! never knew that changing my email address would cause such problems, still locked out of my account and it would seem that ebid cannot contact me through my new account because it does not seem to want to let emails through, and not just from them. I have let support know that my old email is still active but still no joy, I hate technology, is it getting more and more complicated or is it just me.

Update; now back up and working have reverted back to my old email address for the time being as my new account email address is not working, anybody recommend an alternative for hotmail/outlook please, which is simple and easy to operate for a simple person
