How do you umark something payment recieved?

As far as I was concerned I was sending a payment reminder. Send payment reminder was selected from the pull down menu, I was asked to provide an ASL entry so I wrote 'Polite Reminder' and then add (or enter, whatever it says). Now it turns out that somehow during this process my request was changed to logg payment recieved (don't ask me how, I don't have the slightest hint of the smallest clue imaginable). Now, I can find no way of undoing this. There must be a way to undo this, mustn't there? Then again this is Ebid so maybe not.

Is it safe for me to use the 'mark as refunded' thing or will I be forced to give back money I've never recieved?

I wouldn't do that. Best bet is to contact support.

Already have done, waiting for the reply. In the meantime, someone who I believe never had any intention of paying has recieved a notification that someone has paid on their behalf. I was hoping to get this sorted before they notice.
