Google Shopping Blacklisted

Well i listed some items in the wrong category and my account was suspended, I got it reinstated but it seems i am now blacklisted by google and all the original links to my items are dead.all my items have disappeared from google even my username.
in default settings the upload my items to google shopping is greyed out.
does anyone know if anything can be done as ebid have been no help concerning this, well at least i know i made the right decision not purchasing the lifetime offer,oh well nothing ventured nothing gained.
