I placed a holiday notice which disabled any buying until I return, but it does not stop buyers from asking questions, however. Not a problem with that, but because I was away, ebid still send reminders that I have a question to answer... these reminders need to be disabled too.

In fact message reminders are sent far too quickly all the time in my opinion ... some of us are not permanently online after all!

Hi, can you give us the listing ID# and we'll review the system, it's not something we've looked at for a while and could need improving as you say.

Thank you for attention Gazza. Unfortunately I do not hang on to all my emails. If you can send me a question (since I cannot send one to myself) perhaps we might test the system that way?

I received your message on Monday 3rd April at 11:18 am BST - and then a reminder on Tuesday 4th April at 01:01 am BST - just under 14hours later. A second reminder came 24 hours after that on 5th April at 01:01 am BST ... I think the times between reminders are longer than before?

Perhaps Gazza has had a look and increased the times for reminders?
