Where is the archive, sales going missing !!

Where is the archive ? sales going missing !!

My two most recent sales somehow sent themselves to the archive as I clicked on payment made.
I can no longer see them or mark them as paid, sent or leave feedback.
They are not registering anywhere as sold although I have received the cash.
I would like them back on my sold list as a reference and for feedback purposes.

Why not use the HELP contact form to ask for your sales to be unarchived?
