I have given up on no sales this week while I am away on a coach holiday to Torquay.
I should be pleased about the 150 stamp sales, but I tend to be neurotic about same day or next day dispatch, but it will have to wait until Saturday.
Eventful holiday. Left on Monday and picked up on a feeder coach at a nearby underground station to go South Mimms service station M25 25 minutes away. The driver heard about oil protests and diverted from blockage, but missed his turnoff onto the North Circular and instead headed in the opposite direction down into Kent. Anyway we arrived at the service station 4 hours later. All coaches left too late to arrive for their evening meal. Now our own coach has broken down so a replacement is being sent down from Lancashire to get us home tomorrow.
What would life be like without a little excitement?
