New Store Category < Animals >

Miniature animal collecting is a large part of the collecting world.
Can you add “animals” as a category for stores. I want to open a store devoted to miniature animals.
I would look under the parent category collectibles > animals as a sub category
Hopefully, I’ve explained this well enough.
