Air fryer

5 mins @ 160c is the time given for reheating a pie in the Cosori. Obviously a matter of trial and error in one's own air fryer and, I suspect, quite a discrepancy between brands. I think for two people, there would not be a huge saving if two pies had to be warmed before cooking the chips. Will try frozen fish fillets tonight. Bought mash in the microwave. (Mother must be turning in her grave )

I have found the Frugal Chef to be a good source of on-line recipes.

The usual "All Appliances Vary" warning seems to hold good with these fryers. When I started using mine and comparing results with the person who had bought an identical model in the same sale, we were finding that our timings were different for the same things.

I haven't cooked much fish in mine (yet), she has done far more and had good results.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have a look at Frugal Chef for ideas when I start using the fryer regularly again as the weather calls for more hot food.
