Issues when list a new item with API

Hi to everybody
Anyone can explain me why the first photo is not displayed on the gallery ?
I'm in the process of list more than 7000 items but I experience some issues:
1) the photo is displayed only in item details
2) the return policy is not displayed

I use API for listing, account is SELLER+, I use <Feature>gallery</Feature> for put images into the gallery and <Return_Policy>3</Return_Policy> for custom Return Policy

Obviously Return Policy with ID 3 is present

If you search for "ascention" you find 2 items. My item is displayed without image

Any idea ?

PHOTOS
Check your listings and scroll down to "Section Four"
Make sure you check the Gallery Box - This will give you thumbnails in the viewing results.

Since you only have one item listed - edit and recheck to see the gallery box is checked.


I just listed a new item and I can see my picture in the listing category.
( yesterday there was a glitch uploading pictures, but I just uploaded pictures and no problem right now)

It looks like you have opted for Free listing option and NOT the Gallery listing option.

• Free listing does not give you a thumbnail image on the search list but will give you an image on your listing page with NO Google Shopping privileges plus FVF 0% on item price when sold.
• Gallery listing will give you a thumbnail image on the search list and up to 15 images on your listing page PLUS Google Shopping privileges and FVF 2% on item price sold.

I'm sorry but your are wrong
Gallery is checked on section 4 of "MyDefaults"

I have sent a support request to help desk and I'm waiting for the answer

also return policy is present with the id 3.
I pass this id on my xml request but on the item the return policy is empty

Can definitely see you're seller+ and gallery selected so sorry no idea. I assume a glitch - probably need to open a ticket via help button or support@ebid.net. They're usually quite good, another hint for future issues is to tag Gazza in the original forum post. Although he'll hopefully see this anyway - not that he spends all day monitoring the boards
