Here I am holding my newly delivered (My Hermes) parcel at teatime today.
When I got an email telling me my parcel had been delivered I laughed out loud when I saw my delivery picture underneath the notification.
I wish Royal Mail would do the same, and put an end to the "My item has not arrived" brigade!
