Thread: Shopping Cart

Finally! THANK YOU! Somebody answered the question! BUT it is just settings for SELLERS! If the sellers don't alter their settings the cart is not visible! How do I pay for the multiple items in my watch list? It is crazy! This is the main reason I do not shop regular on ebid! I buy everyday somewhere online. The question though should not be necessary! Every shopping site has a visual cart! It is such a simple thing to do!

My reasoning was the same as yours but from a different angle. I've seen plenty of people on here suggesting things have to change or else; perhaps you'll make their mind up for them. :@

I have been spying on a seller and have been drooling over some items.

Today, I tried buying a few items from the shop.
I did notice that in some of listings for stamps it mention to buy and wait for a combine shipping invoice.

The first item was "make an offer" and was accepted with buy it now.
    I received an "automatic invoice".
    Hmmm I was thinking what . . . .
I purchased a couple more with the Buy It Now - all with individual invoices, but there is a place that had asked for an invoice.
I sent a message for HELP and then there was was an updated invoice.

I can understand the way the store carts are set up.

    So . . .
I have to update my "about me" and my listings will have - how the combine shipping will work so a buyer isn't scared away.
AND I will be putting in my listings that I do combine shipping and you will need to "Buy It Now" on each item, request invoice and WAIT that there will be a new invoice sent with combine shipping, but not to worry about this process.

I think after this experience that those that do sell light weight, able to ship multiple items in a package should enable multi- item purchasing and a note how the "cart" works.
(Those that sell postcards, stamps, craft supplies and such.)

I'm not here to influence people.

Paypal messing me about was my issue as I have no issues with rBid related decisions being made by the owners.I have removed/not added Paypal to all of my reading accounts and either use Stripe or various sites' own payment systems.

    Retail isn't my main income
