Ninja Lister

We are regularly losing items added to Ninja Lister it seems they don't save until you backup and as the program has a tendency to crash and we have tried it on several different computers to make sure that it was not the computer we were using. Items which have been sent to ebid from the good to go bucket are on the site ok but not in your Ninja lister meaning you have to relist them again. Remembering to backup every 10 minutes is a pain. When is the program fault being fixed

Hi, so you are adding listings to GTG and then uploading them but when you remove them from GTG they are also being removed from their home folder also? When removing from GTG the original listing should always still be in place in it's current folder and set.

Are the count numbers all correct but the listings do not show? Or are the count numbers being reduced at the same time? As long as you always backup when exiting then work should be saved ok.
