Is this legit? Never seen anything like that linked to our Bing ad campaigns. They should be text only.

It's hard to say when anything with a photo looks like a made up meme.

I would assume it's a made up thing as it isn't just text, as you say.

It might have come from Bing images though so could be nothing to do with Bing.

Not good! Where where you or the keywords used, when that appeared? (Don't say in the kitchen there's only so much newbie bashing to be had!)

I did the same with their main search and their images.

it appeared on bing news under a newspaper story, atm all their ads seem to be for Nike - with the pics. Maybe it's because they are text only they've put their own pic [ trying to get you to spend more]. It did link to https eBid pageName: Capture.jpg

the 2 above I found by going to microsoft news then using ctrl + f to search for ebid.
It wont come up on a google/bing search as it's a bing ad, just as if you search eBay you dont get the generic ebay ads - just their seller ads.
It's notcoming up on every news story and when it does it can be many pages down. [Incase you're wondering there are some papers I dont want to give ad revenue to but might read their stories occasionally tot get a balanced view of their stories, so I do occasionally scroll down

Thanks Kodak, very strange. Seems to be Bing adding generic pictures to our ads as placeholders. I do not have a clue as to why one with the word "Hacked" would be shown, seems to be a massive example of click bait.

We'll look at this more deeply to try and get to the bottom of it.

    Thanks for the help

Gazza, take a look at some of this, it shows you the length to which some outfits will go. Who knows where dirty tricks begin or end.
