Shipping Error on Previously Sold Items
Good morning everyone....okay here is the glitch we are seeing....on items that we have sold that we have a quantity of, for example, the following item: 201865939
We had 5, sold 3 and have 2 remaining. What happens is when another customer comes in and buys the example item, they are charged for shipping on each item. Our store is set up to pay $1.25 USA shipping and $2.50 international, all flat rate so no additional charge to buy bunches. So a current invoice has 320 items sold on it but because the customer is purchasing several items that previously sold that have a multiple quantity, his shipping is coming up at $6.25 instead of $1.25 meaning 4 of the 320 items he bought had previous sales. Hoping this makes sense? Anything we sell for a 1st time works perfectly with shipping, $1.25 + @0.00 for additional items.
Our fear is that we have potential customers deciding not to buy from us or complete checkout due to shipping appearing to be too high. Help please and thank you
