OK, I am totally lost.

I have successfully registered and wish to do an first listing. I am told I must upgrade to Seller or Seller+. Fine, but I do not want to pay a subscription at this stage, happy to list with restrictions and pay the 5%? that these platinum listings levy. So where do I do that? I go to upgrade and the only options are either regular or lifetime charges. There is a verification button for credit cards, So I use that as the guide tells me that a verified card with zero charge is all that is needed. So up comes a message that I have upgraded to Seller+ lifetime but 00 shown as charge. Now this is both contradictory, confusing & not a little worrying, where are your clear step by step instructions? Why when changing to seller status are only the subscription ones show? Others have clearly done it but I am having real trouble. BTW, selling on the other site for many years with 1089 feedback & sales in excess of £26k all on used, collectables and vintage items. There are some members that do the Platinum listings : theElench and I believe a new member Metalworker0.
Hopefully, there can help you.

I was looking at how my listing looks (having a store) and I wonder if in Section 4 that Your options would be a bit different than what mine looks like.

then platinum listing only applies to one listing for the duration you select ...each listing has to have the platinum box selected

once box is ticked ..you can alter listing to run as buy it now higher up on the edit page.

not quite sure weather you've accidentally upgraded yourself to lifetime.
