It's not a spare room any more - they have claimed it!

Thought some might appreciate this, he can be a real pain especially when he chased the big one out yesterday. But we will de-bob him!

Had the plumbers in today, so put " the girls" in the kitchen using the time-honoured control system for dogs - a child safety gate. So I took a couple of pics. See how sad they are, how downtrodden...

Of course, it also allows an old man to show that he can keep the kitchen floor clean!! (VBG)...

I hope they got treats after the "bad plumber left"

    Of course!

Recently I bought them a toy. It is egg shaped and will dispense treats if turned and angled correctly. Within half an hour they had worked out that if they worked as a team they could do it, but separately it was simply a tease and torment.

Now, if one wishes mildly to annoy the other, she'll feign disinterest if the dispenser is rolled towards her.

Often they spend hours playing with it to see if there is something else that may happen. Great thing.

    How's "Clawed", Quilts?

    Clawed is Goldenwonders baby kitten.
I would like to see an updated picture as he is growing into his outfit.

We are still dogless and now catless as well - poor Emily was so obviously ill and the vet made it quite clear that she didn't have long, so she didn't come home from that visit.

However, we have been dog sitting... Jess came to stay while her owner went away for 5 days. It was her first holiday for 3 years. It didn't take Jess long to find our box of dog toys.
