My about me picture

Hello all,

have left eBay and am going to make more use of eBid. Just trying to update my about me page which I have done. However I cannot change the profile picture on the page. I upload it and it shows. As soon as I upload about me page it goes back to the old image. Any help welcome.
While i am asking is it possible to change my user name and if so how?

I think you need to clear your cookies in your browser to see the change

I had a similar problem a couple of years ago when I changed to my present profile picture but I know I did not clear cookies from my browser, I just kept trying and in the end gave up and when I went back later the pic had changed, not sure how, but as for changing your username contact ebid support and they will do it for you, I changed mine a couple of weeks ago after leaving ebay. Hope this helps.

It's currently showing as a blue banner "Mike Ashby Comms." Is that what you wanted? (after all, it's what the rest of us see that matters!)
