google ads in centre of screen

whats with the google ads appearing front and centre when you move from one section to another with no obvious way to close - this is not a good look ebid, adverts all around is one thing but being forced to see an advert in the centre of the screen which needs to be closed to get to where you wanted is shoddy and will put people off - its certainly making me think about ebid

yup i got it too. just press close. if it keeps ebid up and running i can cope with a bit of nuisance.

I just got one again when I clicked to go to this thread. A tad inconvenient but not as time wasting as 10 minutes of clicking pictures with cars on them when you are visually impaired as I am

I am not getting the google adds but then I do have an ad-blocker on my browser

I also have an adblocker running. Perhaps that's why I'm not getting the ads.

I did notice the other day that Foxfire changed a bit.
I wonder if it did something with the ad blocker.
It only seems to be site that I have been getting that pop up.

Sorry about that. Google Ads decided to run an "experiment" on the site without asking us for permission!

We've cancelled the "intersertial" ads, horrible things although they do bring in more money intersetingly.
