Encrypted payments OFF in Paypal still misssing postage charges

Hello

I am a seller on ebid,net/ca ( CANADA )

One year ago...encrypted payments setting is OFF in paypal account.

That is the first thing I did.

Last week after one year, I FINALLY had one sale 11.98 + 10.12 postage

Item listing SHOWED postage and total

Payer did NOT pay postage.

ebid.net SHOWS postage charged 11.98 + 10.12 = 22.10

paypal payment shows 11.98

encrypted payments has been OFF for over a year.

ebid says they can do nothing

paypal says I need to add rates.

I do NOT have rates in paypal for Bonanza, ecrater, ebay, and others

only ebid does not

Hi,

Glad we were able to sort this out for you.

For others reading this a later date please unsure you have "Transaction Based" shipping settings set to ON to allow eBid to send in our own shipping amounts and not the ones you may have harcoded into your PayPal account.

Look for the "Shipping Calculations" section of the Account Settings section of PayPal.

For PayPal Business accounts and personal accounts the layout is a little different but the same rules apply.
