Last Thursday i had a sale and have not received payment. (i have sent 2 reminders).
Today I discovered the person is one of my multi buyers,and they are still registered I have messaged them but no reply.
So do i mark them as a non paying bidder or wait? I dont understand why they have opened another account?

Maybe they lost access to their original account (people sometimes lead strange and convoluted lives!), and maybe in current times they're very busy and either haven't found the time to check their emails or just forgot about it. Could also be that their account or emails were compromised and it's someone impersonating them.
I am curious how you know it's them though if they're using a different account.
