Default Overseas sales - what countries do you offer to, what sells?

Presently I am offering Playstation 2 games to UK, Australia and New Zealand on the basis that UK is easiest, and Australia / New Zealand are most likely to be big importers mainly from the UK. I'm considering offering all of my auctions to these countries at the minimum (assuming they are legal to import, e.g. no animal or plant matter). If I thought my PAL PS2 games would sell elsewhere (safe countries to ship to) I could offer those as destinations too, but I see little point in offering PAL video games to countries that don't use PAL TVs (or is PAL/NTSC/Other irrelevant these days?)

Do my items appear in overseas eBid places only if I offer shipping to them, or do they appear in all countries the eBid websites operate in?

I mostly offer everything to anywhere - postcards sell to the US and Europe as well as the odd one from a more exotic country going "home".
Knitting patterns sometimes go the US or to Australia. The Postage is more than the item!
