Last night a buyer with no feedback bought items from me and requested an invoice, it was after 11pm and I was in bed so didn't see the invoice request until this morning.
Because I have the RIP system set for buyers with no feedback the sales and invoice request have gone from my ASL - all I have is the invoice request email which gives me no means of contacting the buyer.
Two days ago they asked a question on one of my listings and I have sent a 2nd reply on there explaining the situation, but do not know if they will receive notification of a 2nd reply?
I've also tried sending a PM via forum, hoping they will receive an email notification of the message.
Surely there should be an easier way to contact buyers?
