eBid Listings are Showing on Google Shopping as FREE DELIVERY!

I need help and can't get/find an answer.
My eBid listings show up in Google Shopping as FREE DELIVERY but they all have specific shipping data like weight, dimensions and carriers. People are driving me nuts because Google Shopping sends them to my listing and then they get charged shipping. Who can help me with this? Three messages to eBid with no answers and I can't get into Google Shopping because I don't have an account!

If you go to Google Shopping and search Lionel 12047, you see GodlewskiTrains item that says "FREE DELIVERY" but eBid item # 197796064 has specific shipping data. Who or what can correct this?

This was a problem with FedEx prices for calculated shipping and has been fixed. Thanks for letting us know.
