Error C00CM when listing via the website

Good evening,
I had this last night, and have also had it this evening.
Listing laptops with nothin unusual about the listing. Buy it Now price, free postage, one photo, brief description, PayPal payment, not auto repost.
I have searched the forums but to no avail.
If anyone could shed some light on this that'd be great
I'm using Safari on a Mac with Big Sur, although I suspect this is not relevant this instance.
