Yes, I think so, I think they just do random checks no matter how long ago you joined.
I remember having to do the same several years ago, even though I had been using the site for several years. Just send a couple of scans to support@ebid.net and you will be let back in.

I hope they don't ask me then as all the bills are in Billy's name and I don't have any photo ID lol
