Did you find out how to do this?
On the rare occasion this has happened to me I didn't do anything and they disappeared off my dashboard over time.

Nope I am still locked out and cannot list new items...

Meanwhile I have removed about 2000 items from this place and listed about 1000 stamps on Stamporama and listed and sold $350.00 worth of coins on Feebay.
