I have been accused by support of SHILL bidding ?? Just because a customer of mine (outside of eBID) happens to live at a similar street address ( my address is 77/50... Her address is 191/50....). There are over 280 homes in our Village all with similar street addresses. So My customer is locked out of eBid and want's to buy several hundred more stamps and she can not find any way to contact support or unlock her a/c. I guessI will have to deal with her as before - outside eBid and on eBay.

What an infuriating situation!
The way to contact support is to email support@ebid.net.

Hi Madelaine thanks for the reply.

I have contacted support several emails and I have answered all their question but they have not answered my questions. It is my buyer that is still locked out even though I am the one accused of shill bidding - Maybe 'cause I have thousands of listings here and my buyer is new?

And of course we need all the buyers we can get.

Kay is buying a huge number of stamps for Grandchildren and others in her family and has shown a need for stamps that I do not have and I have purchased from another seller here for her. Pity she can't buy here.

When our systems pick up abnormalities like the same computer being used by both the seller and the buyer of an item we will act to keep standards high on our marketplace.

I've had a look for the ticket you mentioned but cannot locate it. I do see tickets from the other party, if you can drop us a line explaining the abnormality we can get everything back up and running again. Just drop an email to support at ebid dot net FAO Gazza.

Been selling stamps to customers that live in the same Village as me for several months.

Finally (after a lot of encouragement) persuaded Kay to join eBid (about two weeks ago) which she did and ordered about 100 stamps from me using the eBid system, your people promptly put her a/c on hold.

Support were contacted (BY me and by Kay) several times to no avail. The reason given to me was that I was suspected of shill bidding which is laughable because multiple bids just do not happen with stamps here.

Now my a/c is on hold and has been all day - why?

Just about out of patience with you guys.

Your Request for information (I would suggest) is very poorly worded: What exactly is meant by the paragraph quoted below?

"Please upload 2 scans of the following documents. Once checked and verified your account will be accessible once again.

I have supplied copies of two different bank statements, now I have been asked for Valid Passport or Driving license

I ask again WHY?

Will I next be asked for a Utility bill or a tax office or Council or Local Government account? Of course I cannot supply any of these because I do not own any Land (Just a House within an over 50's Community") and all my services are supplied by the "Village" administration.

What do I do if I do not have a Passport?

QLD driving licenses show Name on one side an address on the other?
(Probably not acceptable to you)

Are you determined to drive me away to another website?

Should I really close my 4 shops and list my 15,000 items elsewhere?

Why haven't I received answers to my questions?

Why are you now sending me "Do not reply" emails?
