Correcting faulty Euro sign

Here is one example of a faulty euro sign in my listings.



If I try to replace 5bar faulty symbol with € in bulk edit, title and description, it says Error, you are not making any changes.

I have tried to export and upload to Excel as Unicode UTF-8 and the symbol can be changed to €, but it takes too long to isolate just the 300 faulty signs in 4790 listings for delete and then add.

Any suggestions for a quick way to change all the faulty euro signs?
