    Default New Buyer registration

    Query from new buyer

Buyer bought and paid for an item yesterday then they emailed me to ask if they had paid because eBid 'can't decide whether I am registered or not'

I'm thinking it could be the guest buyer thing going on so said I'd ask here since I'm pretty sure this has come up before

Wondering why they didn't check they Paypal account as the payment would show up there, wouldn't it?

I wonder if that's why i've recently had a few buyers email me directly to ask if the transaction was fine.

I think that might be the case. I can remember when I first started on here, all my eBid emails went in my spam folder.

It seems to be happening a lot recently, or maybe I have just been noticing it happening to people who sell a bunch of stuff. I have had some none payers too, so maybe they tried to come back to eBid to find their order to pay for it and couldn't get back in.
