Listing is Displaying Free Shipping when Postage Required

I have had to remove a listing because although I selected a postage fee required the listing displays FREE SHIPPING. I tried to relist again and double checked that I selected payment for postage but the listing continues to display FREE SHIPPING. This only seems to be the case when I select My Hermes shipping. So I am unable to list this item an it is a heavy item and postage is required

Please advise.

I've just retried listing using Hermes as a courier and it now works. Ha ha it must have known I was about to send a support ticket.

The "Free Shipping" should only show if you enter a price of zero for any shipping method.

This bit is relative to what may become an inherent problem to my latest shipping policy..
AS you correctly point out, the system IS generating the " Free Shipping " advisor for any values that equal zero..
Which in my latest shipping policy,, i.e. " Buyer Collects " , is the option I select and sadly, the pre selections combined, provide excatly that. Information to a prospective buyer that it is a collect only method BUT the fact that FREE SHIPPING appears in the postage area, somewhat ( sadly to say ) confuses the prospective buyer and THEY consider ( by virtue that they message me to query ) that I am the one who is at fault for their confusion by requesting a postal service and price for the item's delivery. ( Gazza. Please feel to browse my message area, re the spoon, to qualify this incident ). Appreciate if you could revise the area of shipping options to produce some form of definitive NO POST ( or even a blanking out of FREE POSTAGE result if the Buyer Collects option is used ) in these circumstances.
Obviously, by virtue of the fact that I am clearly (twice in every advert's description ) stipulating the fact that I do not post, it would appear to still not be a recognised policy by the buyers and falls on deaf ears / eyes.😂 Thanks in advance for the overhaul.. ;-)

I must admit to feeling slightly nervous when I saw "Free Shipping" next to "Collection Only". When I saw it on my ad. my thought was that it looks like both options are available. They're definitely not and as I explain in the description, with a 14 inch diameter glass rim, this bowl (item number 195199910) cannot be safely sent through the post.

I have two more bowls with similar dimensions (one with a thin, rolled over rim) that I would like to list but knowing that some buyers only give the description a cursory glance, wonder how much bad feeling it will cause if a buyer pays and I then refuse to ship.

Another problem that would arise if there is any mis-understanding, is that paypal no longer refunds their fees if I refund the buyer. The £75 price tag on this bowl is the cheapest of the three. The other two would be more expensive and my possible loss, greater.
