Thread: locked out of my account, WHY?

    Default locked out of my account, WHY?

    Got an email for Due Diligence check. Sent a copy of my Utility Bill, this months. 2 copies.
    Got a reply, said my address was wrong. Of Course, it wasn't. They've been going on and on
    for weeks with me, now its PassPort and Drivers License. Ive sent them relevant info, why are they playing
    around? Where do I report Ebid unfair practices?

    You joined in 2014, did you have a different address back then when you first joined ? Have you checked your personal details on your 'my eBid' page ? If that is correct then I would email support@ebid.net and ask what the problem is.

    Thanks for advice. I've messaged Support. And in answer to your question, No, everything is the same as when I joined. Can't check 'My Ebid' page, locked out!

    They do random checks to prove that sellers are who they say they are and are trading from the right location which is good as it keeps the site safe from scammers. I had to verify my account years ago.

    Sorry I meant to put a lower case 'b' in the email address, force of habit typing the eBid name ! You will get a ticket number to say they have got your email and then a reply will follow a bit later. Hope you get it sorted.

    I believe there is an address discrepancy between your registered eBid location address. An email was sent to you from support.
