Questions on eBid FAQ's "some things cannot be changed once a bid has been placed"

Several eBid FAQs says: “some things cannot be changed once a bid has been placed” but not which things cannot be changed.
1) What are the things that cannot be changed after a bid has been placed? 2) On a multi-item listing, do they mean once a bid on 1 item has been placed, or once bid(s) on all items have been placed?

Title, description and shipping costs are the main things. This is to stop any unscrupulous he said/she said arguments that used to happen many moons ago.
