Message from a buyer

Posted a knitting pattern yesterday. Today, this is in my inbox.

"Thank you so much for sending this out swiftly it was received by my thrilled mother in law this morning she has had this pattern for many years and was knitting this up to a couple of days ago when she spilt liquid on the pattern.

So today she has been able to pick up where she left off and is so happy to have got the pattern replaced she has asked us to pass on her thanks to you too."

​That's nice. It always gives you a warm glow when you get a message like that doesn't it. I've had quite a few where people have found replacements for sentimental things that have got broken.

I had a lovely message last week from a buyer along with a photograph of him wearing the item his wife had knitted using the pattern.
