Reducing the number of items they will accept at one time will just mean that customers will have to visit the Post Office more often.

Our deliveries are generally haphazard in East London because of not enough staff, and at the moment things are a little worse.
I have not used a post office counter for years. I stick stamps on envelopes after weighing them and take them to the letterbox at the end of the road.
I have no feedback telling me that things I send are delayed, but I have upgraded everything I post to 1st class instead of 2nd class during the virus outbreak.
