Our deliveries are generally haphazard in East London because of not enough staff, and at the moment things are a little worse.
I have not used a post office counter for years. I stick stamps on envelopes after weighing them and take them to the letterbox at the end of the road.
I have no feedback telling me that things I send are delayed, but I have upgraded everything I post to 1st class instead of 2nd class during the virus outbreak.
