Can anyone help?

Im trying to import my ebay items to ebid. But each time I do I get a message 'Please login again for security reasons'. So I do and nothing is imported and I go through it all over again. All that has happened is everysingle one of my ebid listing has been removed. So I now have a completely empty store and nothing is importing.

Are you importing directly to eBid or into NinjaLister? As it's best to import into NinjaLister first as eBid's categories are not the same as eBay and you will need to edit each and every one.
