I sometimes wonder if I am wasting my time on Ebid as a seller...... I direct people there from Ebay and 8 out of 10 come up with a comment similar to this (received this evening from a potential customer) "Thanks, i have tried to work through the EBID website and find it very clunky and difficult to use to be honest. Trying to create a cart seems difficult." Customers buying multiple items expect a shopping cart or soon give up! First impressions determine whether or not a customer uses the site or goes back to Ebay!
