Buyer is getting wrong information on my listings

A member in the UK is trying to buy some stamps from me, but this is the message he sent to me:


"When I check your listings I see: USPS First Class Mail Intl Letters 0lb 2oz B5 5JN = Not Available US$0.50 (£0.38) handling fee included."

I have no idea what the B5 5JN denotes, it's not anything i entered.

I checked this listing and several others, they are all available to buyers in Europe. I don't know why eBid is marking them as "Not Availble" when this buyer opens them.

I just went to the listing .... I am in UK.... It showed my postcode and said shipping is not available to Uk.

This is probably happening on all the products I'm offering, not just stamps. No one in the UK can buy from a seller in the US?

I just checked one of your stamp listings Tia, and it said that shipping to Canada was not available. But, Canada is shown in the drop down box of countries that you ship to.

It seems to be your stamps and the international letter post that is the problem. I clicked on some of your other bigger items and the postage for those are showing O.K. to the United Kingdom.

Thanks for checking that. I can't see what's going on, of course. Only what I entered in the listings, not what happens at the other end.
