click Buy on eBid
find the blue button on the right side of your screen
underneath the blue button you will find Advanced Search
Advanced search has a function to find sellers in various countries

Use Advanced Search...... as an example I put the item Cup in the search box and clicked search.

Then I clicked on Advanced.....






Then selected the US
