Cannot update my round logo to my ebid all about me. Upload ignore new files I choose.
Need to upload a new image and have tried numerous sizes even changed dimensions yet the same original stays put.
Main banner type changed fine.
I now see yet to change sig logo too.
Where is the error?
Quite a long term IT capable person.

Thats not what I want, that old, and I have new images in place on reaching 30 years trading.
Pity ebid has never done anything ,much for me tho, but for helping to plug my stuff on google searches.

Think you are all mssing the point, the red trolleybus view is my original when I set up on ebid in 2008 i think, and now like the logos in my forum I want to use new artwork but so far no one has got the point, tech talk I need, why when you add the new image whatever it is, the upload does not stick the new one there and the old one does not get deleted either.
If you lot see the iold one its not anything just in my browser.

Sometimes it can take a little while for the changeover to happen - it's happened to me odd times in the past.
BUT your new logo is showing on your About me page.

I've just had a play around with mine using your pic & oddly enough it does show on the side of an item page under meet the seller but I've changed it back & yours is still there.I've tried vivaldi,opera & firefox,same on all of them.So it seems it's a waiting game.I have a vague recollection that things are updated about midnight each day.Have a look then.
