Unsolicited emails re investment properties, e.g. Manchester/Liverpool

I wonder if anyone else is getting unsolicited mails about investment properties?

I've had one today which is to a mail address uniquely associated with ebid's forum -- I have a domain and so I can create many different email addresses for specific uses.

So I'm thinking this either means that ebid's forum has been hacked or someone I've PM'd through the forum has had their PC hacked, compromising their contacts list.
