Allow sellers from China and all places around the world

From time to time I need an item and don't mind waiting for the longer shipping time expected when ordering from places such as China. The prices when shipping directly from China are nearly always less.

Please allow sellers from China and for that matter from all places around the world and beyond to register to sell on eBid. In the past I have purchased on TOS from sellers in China, Israel, Thailand, US, UK, Hong Kong, and probably several others that I'm not remembering at the moment.
