Mysterious Alert Icon

Hello

I realise I may be unobservant but I am unable to locate an Alert Icon, something which will be activated to gain my attention and let me know, that I have sold an item, have a message or need to be made aware of something.

Or perhaps this is a consealed button which appears when necessary and dissolves or fades when the action has been taken.

It would be a tragedy not to respond to an anticipated 'Item Sold' because I hadn't been alerted or just happen to click the 'Sold' link to check.

You have a 'sold' section on your 'My eBid' page, the tab is at the top and to the right. Also make sure you have the email boxes ticked for sales in the 'notifications' section on the right hand column of your 'My eBid' page. Hope this helps.

P.S. Also make sure that your email accepts donotreply type emails from eBid so they don't go into your spam folder !
